Maayan represents and accompanies private companies and NGO’s, including community centers, and provides legal advice in a wide range of areas, with an emphasis on labor relations.

She has unique experience in formulating complex labor relation agreements as well as other commercial agreements, in accompanying employers in administrative proceedings in the Ministry of Economy and representing employers in labor suits in the various courts or in mediation proceedings.

Maayan has rich experience in formulating policy of public entities and corporations, in providing legal accompaniment regarding collective labor law, including negotiations prior to a collective agreement and in labor disputes, interim orders, crisis management and representing these entities in labor courts.
