Liat has extensive experience in representing prominent clients in the Israeli economy, including their representation in ongoing and complex transactions, among them: representing them in engaging with government agencies, providing ongoing legal advice, managing transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and conducting negotiations for them on a wide range of issues.
Liat has accompanied leading commercial entities in their field, among them large groups in the communication, retail, hotel and restaurant sectors, as well as entrepreneurs, investment funds and public companies.
In addition to her legal education, Liat has a degree in business administration and a certificate in accounting. This educational background, along with her significant experience in commercial and real estate law gives her a multi-disciplinary perspective in managing our client’s cases, enabling her to provide a business-economic perspective alongside the legal significance of every transaction.
