Class action suit that was dismissed

A class action suit for the amount of NIS 4.8 million filed against Or Yehuda Municipality and Pango, which claimed that the company charged illegal fees from all its subscribers that parked in blue-white marked parking space in the Or Yehuda Municipality jurisdiction, and paid for the first 90 minutes of parking. After our firm submitted a response, the class action claimant had to submit a request to withdraw the suit, which was approved by the court.
