Class action suit withdrawn at the recommendation of the court

This case had to do with approval of a class action suit for the amount of NIS 4 million, claiming that Pango illegally charges its customers a service fee at its Arlozorov parking lot in Tel Aviv, without informing them of this charge. During the procedure the court accepted our claim that Pango explicitly informs it customers that use of the service entails payment of a fee. At the recommendation of the court the claimant asked to withdraw the suit, and thus on the same day the court approved withdrawal of the class suit.
