Dismiss class action suit in the recycling area

Our firm successfully represented the Bnei Brak Municipality in a class action suit filed against the municipality for the amount of almost NIS 4 million, claiming that the municipality did not place recycling bins throughout the city. After our firm submitted a response on behalf of the municipality, and following several deliberations during which the court accepted our arguments, the claimant had to submit a request to withdraw the class action and therefore the suit was dismissed.
